There's so much to write about that I would love to share if you are looking to sell.
There are agents that are just ordinary that are selling in the local area and getting their sold signs, they may look impressive because of their sold signs but the quality of their result is ordinary with little effort. On the other hand there is Davin and his family team at Century 21 Joseph Tan Real Estate a very skilled negotiator, caring person, family man with several options in selling.
Being an agent and also owning real estate companies it's much easier for me to distinguish and separate the ordinary from the great agent.
Last year we bought from another agent (not Century 21) which we thought was a good price which was confirmed when Davin immediately sold another home in the same complex for $100,000 more. An amazing result at the time...
