My recommendation for the sellers is:
1) No pricing is the key: agents in this market will tell you to put a price and they will sell, but not for the best price.
Don't be fooled by a smooth talking agent that's interested in only themselves. Davin is genuinely caring and has the skills to achieve the highest results. The agent I bought from and the other agent that recently sold in our complex rang me to tell me I would not achieve the price I was looking for. Davin had several offers above what they said... His open minded nature and most importantly strategy will achieve you the top price
2) genuine care: to get the best result you need someone who genuinely cares, with the right intention, has great skill of negotiations and also works hard. Davin has this rare combination which ensures the best results. Listen to him as you will do well for your families.
