It is not often that I am moved to write a letter like this but I would like to take the opportunity to express my heart-felt thanks to you and your wonderful team at Century 21 West Pennant Hills, especially your dad Joseph, for securing the successful sale of my property in what must be a record time - within 2 weeks of appointing your agency and even before it was formally listed. I was also very pleased with the sale price which was at the very upper level of my expectations, considering the many great properties also on the market in the area and the current economic and housing climate. I expected it to take at least 8-12 weeks !

Before appointing your agency, I spoke to 2 other agents who tried to impress me with a lot of sweet talk which made me very "uncomfortable" to say the least.
